     Go to your store, you can
     make an exchange, a credit note or an immediate refund,  
 

• By mail the costs are payable

     Go to your customer area, in the "My orders" section,                         click on "Request a return" then print the return form.  

     Attach the return slip with the items in your package.  

     Close your package, drop it in a post office at the address of your shop.

     The refund is made to your bank account after return and processed within                  your shop

     We notify you by email.
